—the community-curated website for my hometown in Galway—is a side project of mine, which was created as part of an effort to engage new residents of the village with the history and community surrounding them. I’ve been tweaking it constantly since its establishment, and both the website and social channels have gained a significant following, with a team of local enthusiasts now publishing stories shared by a wide range of contributors from the area and beyond. The project was community-curated from the beginning, with dozens of helpful residents graciously offering stories and information. Check out the case study here.
